Wolf Forstreuter GIS and Remote Sensing Consultant, 1979 Mc in Forestry. PhD in Application of Remote Sensing for forestry. Dr Forstreuter’s experience involves working for four years for the first remote sensing company in Germany, in projects in Africa, Asia and South America. For the last seven years he has been working for GOPA-Consultants in establishment of GIS in the South Pacific, China and South America. Currently he is establishing GIS for utilities including employment of GPS and Remote Sensing under EU funding.He is currently working as a GIS and Remote Sensing Specialist for the EU funded project EDF8/F9
Graeme Frost Network Officer, joined SOPAC in March 1992 as a Technical Support Assistant based in the Field Support Services Program. His work emphasis is on networking troubleshooting and computer repair.
Sakaio Manoa System Administrator, joined SOPAC in 2004. Before joining SOPAC he worked as the Network Administrator for the Tuvalu Electricity Corporation in Tuvalu for 11 years and later joined Compaq Computers (HP) PTY LTD in Suva Fiji. He holds a Diploma in Business (Applied Computing) from the Fiji Institute of Technology (FIT) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (BInfoTech)from the Waikato Institute of Technology (WINTEC) in Waikato, New Zealand.He is currently working as the System Administrator
